Quartz Surfaces Manufacturing Processes
Raw Material Mixing
Industry-leading quartz crystal and resin materials will be mixed thoroughly adhering to formulas.
Mixed Material Tiling
Evenly-mixed quartz mixtures will be distributed on the mold to make a initial large slab shape ready.
Mixture Vacuum Pressing
With the help of vacuum pressers, those firstly-formed mixtures get pressed to have higher density.
Quartz Slab Heating
Semi-finished quartz slabs will be put in heating equipment to bake with up to 100 degrees centigrade.
Color Penetration Test
Some dark drinks like coffee or red wine will be used to test if quartz slabs will get stain with colors.
Surface Deformation Test
